Protective Atmosphere Electroslag Furnace (ESR)
Protctive Atmosphere Electroslag Furnace (ESR) is a remelting furnace that usees heat energy generated by current through high resistance slag to remelt metals. It is mainly composed of furnace, power supply conduction system, electrical control system,cooling water system, and so on. Genarally, smelting and solidification are carried out under argon atmosohere. According to the actual needs, vacuum unit can be configured for vacuum melting.
Vacuum Arc Remelting Furnace (VAR/RVAR)
Vacuum Arc Remelting Furnace (VAR) use self-consumption remelting of ferrous metals in the vacuum environment, so that it can improve the purity and uniformty of metal materials. It can effectively reduce the content of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and other gas elements in the melting processing.

Vacuum Precision Investment Casting Furnace (VPIC) is a vacuum smelting furnace in which a measured quantity of pre-alloyed re-melted by induction heating, and poured into ceramic mold under the vacuum to produce the required precision cassting.
Vacuum CAP Furnace (VCAP)
Vacuum CAP Furnace (VCAP) is designed for induction melting solid metals in the atmospheric, with final mixing degassing stage under vacuum, or use top/bottom blowing O2/Ar so that degassing, decarburization and refining. Then the final pouring of the metal isperformed in air or under protective atmosphere of inert gas.
